The development of the PLTM Nagajaya – PT Citra Hydro Energi has been completed and construction period commenced. 

PPA with PLN was signed on 6^th of August 2024 and Financial close reached 20^th of February 2025.

The power plant is located in Banten province on Java Island in Indonesia, and utilizes a head of 75 m.

Two Francis turbines with a total output of 6,5 MW will be installed in the power plant.

Construction of access roads started 30^th of December 2024, and the main construction work commenced in July 2025.

The hydropower plant shall reach commercial operation date by 20^th of February 2027 in accordance with the PPA.

PLTM Nagajaya is owned 65% of Tinfos and 35% by Norfund through a joint venture company Tinfund Pte Ltd registered in Singapore. The plant will deliver 34,16 GWh renewable energy based upon a capacity factor of 65%. This will give clean energy to approximately 22.700 households.
